Fees, Insurance, and Cancellation Policy

I’m Victoria Donahue, a Registered Psychotherapist in Toronto providing psychotherapy for trauma, anxiety, and nervous system healing.

Session Fee

50-minute psychotherapy sessions are $250.

Payment is due at the end of each session. A receipt will be provided for submission to your extended health insurance provider for reimbursement.

Payment methods accepted: e-transfer and credit card.

My sliding scale is currently full and the waitlist is closed due to high demand.

Insurance Coverage

Many extended health benefit plans cover services provided by Registered Psychotherapists. Coverage varies by provider and plan. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm eligibility and reimbursement amounts.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full session fee.
